This is an ideal role for any Finance professional looking to work hands-on with the CFO and Managing Director in a great office environment under the leadership of an international CFO that will help you develop further as a Finance business partner

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the MD & CFO to maximize the growth potential
• Accounting and Reporting functions (AP, AR, GL)
• Timely tax payments
• Review the financial and accounting processes and lead improvements
• Prepare monthly management reporting, and critically assess and provide business insights to the developments
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data in the system and related reporting on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in accounting (monthly / annual closing)
• Finance experience including forecasting, scenario building, analytics
• Teamwork-oriented
• Result-driven
• Business level English & Japanese
• Familiarity with IFRS & JGAAP
