One of the leading Crop Protection & Health & Nutrition Science companies is looking for a Financial Controller who can oversee the whole Japan business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting & Controllership
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance and reporting of financial information which are in the compliance with the local and global accounting standard
Ensure timely completion of audits (statutory & group reporting)
Responsible for cost accounting of Supply Chain
- Financial management
- Responsible for managing all the planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting and Analysis) of Japan CP Business
- Driving the monthly management reporting process and liaising between JCEE BU CFO, Japan Management, and Global Finance
- Compliance & Taxation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years in Finance Management and Finance BP
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Managerial and cost accounting, Japan GAAP & IFRS
- Languages
- Japanese native
- English - upper business level required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES / SKILLS
- Strong IT skill including SAP R/3 or ECC (HFM and Excel retrieve experience would be a plus)
- Project management skills
