Responsibilities:
Prepare group Cashflow statement and forecast, plan and budget.
Handle and/or supervise bank administration to maintain the bank accounts/contract properly.
Supervise affiliate companies to manage the cashflow, and approve the payment as required by the policy, and set up internal control over the cashflow management of subsidiaries.
Monthly/Annual financial closing relates Cash and cashflow, including IFRS notes disclosure.
Manage process of proposal of capital investments, and lead to plan and monitor actual track of capital investment
Manage AR relating operations/ AR aging, cash collection/ sales audit
Lead to improve AR operations including monthly sales closing and reporting
Credit Management/ setting credit facility and manage to monitor credit risks.
Be in charge of group insurance issues and renewals
Manage outsourcing activity
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in treasury and cash management
English literacy and Native Japanese
CPA, USCPA a plus especially in FARE and AUDIT
CMA Preferred
