Responsibilities:
Review financial statements and provide analysis on fluctuations and variances
budgeting and forecasting
Prepare business cases (new store opening, new project, etc.) and finance presentations
Drive ad-hoc projects (new workflow system, paperless accounting, etc.)
Identify opportunities and improve internal control procedures
Manage and develop team members (1 finance manager, 2 accounting staff)
Oversee Accounting/Finance, IT, and Logistics functions
Requirements:
- People management experience
- FP&A experience (5+ years)
- Interest in digital transformation in the Finance function (process and system)
- Business level English; conversational Japanese
