Opportunity in Luxury fashion to to lead the finance function in Japan and digitally transform finance. You will lead an Accounting and Finance team of 5 below you. If you are interested in working as a true finance business partner, digital transformation of finance, and transforming retail finance processes, this is the ideal role for you. Responsibilities:

 Review financial statements and provide analysis on fluctuations and variances

 budgeting and forecasting

 Prepare business cases (new store opening, new project, etc.) and finance presentations

 Drive ad-hoc projects (new workflow system, paperless accounting, etc.)

 Identify opportunities and improve internal control procedures

 Manage and develop team members

 Oversee Accounting/Finance, IT, and Logistics functions

Requirements:

• People management experience
• FP&A experience (5+ years)
• Business level English; conversational Japanese
• Accounting experience (confident in closing and hands-on experience in the past)
