This company belongs to one of the leading luxury congromerates, and they are a leading alcohol brand itself. They have about 300 employees of international background in Japan. They are looking for a backfill for the current manager as he/she will be promoted to a Senior manager.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Profitability analysis (40%)
- Analyse financial performance by Channel, Customer, Brand and Business etc; provide comments to Shareholders accordingly
- Communicate with business owners to understand not only from financial side but also from realistic commercial perspective
- Sales resources management (30%)
- Communicate with Sales Department to manage sales resources (Rebates, Trade Funds, Marketing budgets delegated to Sales) in more efficient way
- Have responsible for reasonable Fiscal Year End closing process on Sales resources
- Pricing Control (15%)
- Provide the tools and processes necessary to administrate pricing conditions
- Based on pricing guidance, set price and take it into consideration at budgeting/forecast phase
- Business Support (15%)
- Provide financial support for specific business channel, such as Private Client business or E- Business, in order to support Senior Management Team decision making
- Work with each business owners and reflect all necessary investment into simulation PL for the business
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / SKILLS
- Professional experience & know how: more than 5-7 years experiences of which at least 2+ years in a similar finance role in large US or European multinational company
- Technical & management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Languages
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
