A fast-growing international FMCG company with strong sales record in Japan and globally is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Controller to join their Japan team.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and processing/reporting according to US GAAP & Reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with global company policies / procedures
- Lead special finance projects including Risk Control and other key projects
- People management and leadership of accounting team
- Internal controls
Requirements:
- Fluent Japanese / Business-level English
- 5-7 years' experience with Controlling/Accounting background, 3 years as a leader in a finance team
- Thorough knowledge of USGAAP/local GAAP
- Knowledge of finance systems and implementation processes
