HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with expansion and transition plans in the Japanese market. This includes leveraging expertise in manufacturing sectors.
• Market Expansion: Contribute to growth initiatives by providing financial insights and guidance for new investments, acquisitions, and market expansion opportunities.
• Accounting Expertise: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, including J-GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS reporting.
• Global Partnership: Continue to serve as a global service coordinating partner for multinational priority accounts and global clients, playing a pivotal role in the company's global operations.
• Leadership and Team Coordination: Continue to exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate engagement teams, both local and overseas, and work collaboratively with complex client organizations.
• Innovative Solutions: Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrate a persistent commitment to achieving strategic objectives.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Strong educational background
• Certified accountant is preferred but not mandatory
• Language Proficiency: Japanese: (Native) English: Advanced
