Is a globally known financial services company looking for a Head of Marketing to lead cross-channel strategies and amplify brand equity and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and customer value management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans for strategic product initiatives.
  • Interface with advertising partners, both online and offline, to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Synthesize insights and business goals to drive creative ideas and maximize results.
  • Measure, test, and learn from customer data insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage product positioning and benchmarking based on market insights.
  • Provide coaching and direction to teams, fostering effective collaboration and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs for brand engagement and revenue growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Maximize brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2C marketing experience, including strategy development and execution for integrated promotions and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, display media, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and driving business impact.
  • Expertise in managing brand or product portfolios with budget responsibility.
  • Experience in agency management and innovative creative development.
  • Knowledge of marketing lifecycle and ability to translate insights into consumer-focused strategies.
  • Leadership skills for managing remote teams and balancing multiple priorities.
