Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and customer value management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans for strategic product initiatives.
- Interface with advertising partners, both online and offline, to optimize marketing efforts.
- Synthesize insights and business goals to drive creative ideas and maximize results.
- Measure, test, and learn from customer data insights to refine strategies.
- Manage product positioning and benchmarking based on market insights.
- Provide coaching and direction to teams, fostering effective collaboration and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs for brand engagement and revenue growth.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Maximize brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of B2C marketing experience, including strategy development and execution for integrated promotions and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, display media, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to align strategies with business objectives.
- Track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and driving business impact.
- Expertise in managing brand or product portfolios with budget responsibility.
- Experience in agency management and innovative creative development.
- Knowledge of marketing lifecycle and ability to translate insights into consumer-focused strategies.
- Leadership skills for managing remote teams and balancing multiple priorities.
