INTRODUCTION
A top leading international manufacturer is seeking a Logistics Manager. The role will enhance the warehouse management (3PL) and process optimization to control efficient
logistics cost and resources with smooth operation management including import/export and
domestic logistics. They will also proactively explore and establish best and harmonized total supply chain from sourcing point to
delivery points for diversified business channels (including finished goods, accessories and
spare parts).
RESPONSIBILITIES
3PL warehouse management (2 warehouse companies in 5 locations)
Logistics cost management
Operational management
Stock take (quarterly)
Reporting (Monthly/Weekly)
Process optimization
Team management
Items to cover: Finished goods, Accessories, Spare parts, Samples / Sales promotion goods
REQUIRED SKILLS
+5 years experience in Logistics / Supply chain management (Must)
+3 years experience in logistics with 3PL warehouse management
+3 years experience in import/export handling with customs and quarantine process (Must)
PC literacy in MS Excel / MS PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Positive and collaborative attitude for team performance
Team Management experience, Leadership behavior
Native level Japanese (speaking/writing)
English speaking / writing skill on business level.
Project management experience
Logical thinking and analytical skill
PREFERRED SKILLS
ERP SAP SD/MM (Strongly preferred)
