  • Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Making recommendations to clients regarding candidates who have the skills and experience for the position.

  • Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.

  • Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, direct recruiting, and referrals.

  • Meeting candidates to evaluate and to understand their skills and job preferences.


  • Direct sales experience and 1 - 3 years of work experience

  • Business level English or Japanese

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills

  • Self-driven and motivated for career progress and self-development

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time/ Permanent

WORKING HOURS - 9:00~18:00, Flex time available after probation period

HOLIDAYS - Paid Annual and Sick Leave, all Japanese National Holidays

SALARY TYPE - Base salary + Commission (4 times a year)
