The Approach
We focused on value-driven, impact-centric coaching which was practical, human, and tailored. No formulas. Just real conversations and honest reflection. The coaching included:
- A verbal 360 interviews 14 of client stakeholders, including subordinates, peers, seniors, and headquarters.
- Psychometric testing.
- Twice-monthly 50-minute sessions by video or in person.
- Guided inquiry into goals, challenges, values, and mindset.
- Custom “homework” to anchor reflection and action between sessions.
Each session was confidential, spacious, and grounded in the belief that leaders are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
