The Consultant role offers the opportunity to deepen your consulting skills and grow your career as you serve as a key contributor on client engagements. The position involves running such client engagements, drafting proposals, supporting business development activities, and generating candidates for engagements. You will be expected to assure that your level of engagement with your clients is aligned with agreed milestones and that deadlines are met.

  • Managing engagements until successful completion.

  • Ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements by proactively raising relevant questions and collecting critical information.

  • Writing high quality company, position, and client contact profiles.

  • Producing Competency Based Interview results that may be sent directly to clients.

  • Managing the research to find the best candidates first.

  • Conducting candidate in-person interviews, effectively balancing assessment of qualifications and motivation with sharing the details of the engagement.

  • Producing high quality appraisals of candidates, including insightful comments on qualifications and fit.

  • Presenting the shortlist of qualified, well-briefed candidates to the client.

  • Executing package negotiations independently, reference checking and counseling of candidates and clients during the closing phase.

  • Building a solid network of candidates and sources through excellent search execution and relationship management skills

  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing and sharing market relevant information.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with external and internal clients.
