Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored retained solutions.
Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
Leverage your network and sales experience to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of professional business experience.
At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Japanese market, with a deep understanding of local business practices and culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
